About Our Organization
Lokayanasthanak Foundation, a government-certified non-profit established in 2022, empowers marginalized communities through education and social support. It operates free learning centers in areas like Kapra, Mudfort, and Kavvadiguda, providing academic assistance to underprivileged children. Its key initiatives include “Sarvshikshadhikar,” advocating for children's education rights, and “Sevadhaara,” supporting the elderly and destitute. The Foundation also collaborates with orphanages, organizes blood donation camps, and distributes ration kits to food insecure families. With a dedicated team, it emphasizes integrity and transparency to build inclusive, empowered communities
But after many visits to such places We came across to the common problems of these underprivileged people and that was- Lack of food, lack of proper Sanitization, lack of shelter, Lack of Education and a major issues which we noticed that - What about their grooming to match this Society. ? Only Food and service for their basic needs will work out?
Then we decided it's not only to go and visit. Its all about how to connect with them to stand for them to groom in each corner of their needs.
Grooming of Orphanages and slums children became main purpose as these kids need to match with 21st century kids to have all best to live with their livelihood. So now we stand to make a better world to take them to create our society where they are also having a equal part to share with us.

After knowing the reality we started the building a Team to bring some changes to stand with each where educated society need to understand that our education means - need to share and care at our level best to serve .
Whether being a Doctor, scientist, Engineer, Teachers, Home makers, Artist, Architecture, Designers or whoever and from whichever the field we belong let us to share our knowledge to these kids to make them to stand for their bright future.

Dr . Tulsi Kumari- Founder of LOKAYANASTHANAK
CBSE principal/Child Psychologist/ Career Counselor school, Motivational Speaker
Dr. Tulsi Kumari is a renowned educator, child psychologist, and social reformer, committed to empowering underprivileged communities through education and service. With over 15 years of experience as a CBSE school principal, she has authored nine books and holds a world record for her contributions to education. As the founder of LokayanaSthanak Foundation, she leads impactful initiatives like SarvShikshadhikar, providing free education to slum children, and Sahyog, which promotes service learning in CBSE schools. Her work reflects a deep dedication to holistic child development, community upliftment, and nation building through knowledge and compassion
Since her child hood days she used to visit Orphanages and old age homes and used to get connected with these kids a lot .
Later she has realised going for visit is not enough, we need to uplift our underprivileged children to match our kids who have all facilities to match with 21st century.
Finally she started working to find the Right team whose ideology match with her and who really wanted to do service for the society.
Within a year she has got a CORE TEAM who came forward to support her in this mission to do their best to make a better society.

The Lokayanasthanak Foundation thrives on a deeply empathetic and visionary leadership team. Rooted in Dr. Tulsi Kumari conviction that true service uplifts minds and hearts, this dedicated group translates vision into reality—breaking down societal divides, sparking hope in marginalized communities, and nurturing futures with empathy and education.
Ipsita Panda, worked with the travel and tourism industry and a socialist who always stands for the right way, living and good cause. She added the best ideology to bring some changes in kid's life. Now, she came and joined as part of the LS family to reach out to the needy. Mrs. Madhuri, Mrs. Swati who are the excellent teachers in their respective schools to whom every child loves . They have added their best of inputs to groom the young kids to teach our level best and provide the best of education. Mrs Anitha who is a home make with all her love and care she joined to bring the difference in many lives.
Mr. Karthik who is from Telugu Industry have shown all his interest to bring the changes in this young generation with his support.
Slowly slowly now team is increasing with our positive mindset people to work at their level best.
Mrs. Mansa, Mrs Jyothi to add their best of time to provide best quality of services to make a better society.
The volunteers Team where Mrs. Haseena, Mrs. Drakshyani and Hema Bindu are joining their hand to hand with Core Team to stand with this ideology to bring the change by standing for right cause to provide best of our knowledge among kids to make a home where we all stand for each other to live in peace and care.
